Any column layout — the first address in each row is the recipient, the first number after it is the amount. Add an amount to every row to send different amounts, or leave the column out to split a total equally.

Digits and one decimal point only — no currency symbols, no 1e3. A comma is how the file separates columns, so 1,000 is read as two cells and the row is rejected rather than paying 1. At most 18 decimal places for the token.
